Go down to the shore of this area and you will see some sticks out of the water on the left side. These have a safe walkway, follow them along the edge of the water. After a short distance you encounter a bunker with the printed number 09, which matches exactly the one in the picture. This is the secret meeting place of Charlie and Fia.

The door is not locked, so you can go in directly. However, Charlie has left a sophisticated puzzle that requires a special password to get into true hiding place. Play the Audio Mother of Watching Paint Dry on the table next to the data cartridges and read the note of the operations next to it to find out your next destination. You have to return to the Fristicad Rock in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening to find the cipher and release the cassette puzzle.
