I called it (somehow) as a year ago. Earlier in the Covid-19 pandemic, the creator of The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman, took some time to create the Graphic novel One-Shot Negan Lives. This was mentioned in the final cartoon of the series The Walking Dead, where the last page said: PS Negan lives. Similarly, at the end of Negan lives, there was still another tease that said PS Clementine Live, that the fans of the Teltthary Games would recognize as the main character. This sparked speculation that Clementine would come back beyond video games, and this was confirmed yesterday by Skybound Entertainment.

Skybound has announced that a new graphic novel mark entitled Skybound Comet would be launched in the near future. Skybound Comet would start with three titles; Clementine Book One, Everyday Hero Machine Boy and Sea Serpent’s Heir Book One. This announcement showed the art of each of the graphic novels, as well as a brief overview. Clementine Book One coverage shows that it is not only inspired by the character of the Telttal Games, but that it continues its history.

[Spoilers] The cover represents Clementine, as we saw it for the first time in season 1 with its emblematic hat, and as we saw it at the end of the final season, without its foot. Although it seemed that his walking life days were behind her, it seems to be forced to survive again in bloody circumstances. Clementine Book One will be launched on July 7, 2021. The Walking Dead de Telttale is available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Have you can not wait for the return of Clémentine? Let us know in the comments below.
